Returns Policy

We know from experience that your Hockey sticks must suit your style of play, feel and choice. It can be very difficult to get the exact specification you need for your sticks in terms of feel, balance etc.  As a result we offer a free exchange allowing you to exchange items provided they have not been used and in the condition it was sent and we were we were informed within 2weeks of purchase.  Unfortunately, you will need to pay for the postage to return the item(s) but we won’t charge you postage when sending the replacement item.  If we find the items are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, by quoting the order number.

We reserve the right to change the prices or discontinue any promotional coupons at anytime without prior notice to consumers who may have been provided these before.  However, if anything was purchased prior to the change, it will be not be affected.

Summary of Rights
Buyers are entitled to quality goods, taking account of any description, the price and other relevant information.  If an item is faulty at the time of sale then the customer can bring it to our attention once it is discovered.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange items if there is signs of wear & tear including accidental damage :

• The head wearing down due to use on synthetic pitches such as sand and water based artificial turf
• Sign of usage on on ‘any’ part of the stick
• Damage to decals through normal play
• Damage caused by stick collision
• If this was purchased over 2 weeks.

Items on Clearance 
Any item in the Clearance section cannot be accepted for a return, not refundable or exchange for any items
